Shipping policy

Shipping

• We currently ship within the United States only.
• Orders usually take 2–10 business days before shipment; carrier transit time is separate.
  
• Orders may arrive in separate packages if items are fulfilled from different facilities.
• Tracking is emailed after the package ships. The first carrier scan can take up to 24 hours to appear.
• Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or address issues.

Tracking after shipment

1. Check the shipping email for the carrier tracking link.
2. Allow up to 24 hours for the first scan to appear.
3. If tracking still hasn’t updated or the package appears lost, contact lineholdsupply@gmail.com with your order number. Lost-package claims must be reported within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
