These Terms of Service govern your use of the Rivet & Vale website and your purchase of products from Rivet & Vale. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the policies linked on the site. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Store operator

Rivet and Vale operates from the United States. Customer support is available at lineholdsupply@gmail.com. The store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer our products and services.

Eligibility and lawful use

You must be legally able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You may not use the site or its products for an unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose; interfere with site security; transmit malicious code; scrape or copy the site in violation of law; or violate the rights of Rivet and Vale or another person.

Product information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, measurements, images, and pricing accurately. Screens and garment-dye processes can cause variation. Slight color or finish variation that is normal to garment-dyed or made-to-order production is not necessarily a defect. Product availability, specifications, and designs can change without notice before an order is accepted.

Orders and acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may reject, limit, or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment problems, prohibited resale, an invalid address, or another legitimate operational reason. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the canceled amount to the original payment method.

Prices, payments, and taxes

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. You authorize the selected payment provider to charge the total shown at checkout. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are calculated at checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.

Shipping, returns, and refund

Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy are incorporated into these terms. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. You are responsible for providing a complete shipping address and reviewing size and product selections before checkout.

Intellectual property

The Rivet and Vale name, shield, slogans, product designs, photographs, graphics, text, and site content are owned by or licensed to Rivet and Vale and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No purchase transfers ownership of those rights. You may not reproduce, sell, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.

Third-party services and links

The site may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, fulfillment providers, and carriers. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party sites that we do not control.

Reviews and submissions

If you submit feedback, photos, reviews, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to do so and that the content is truthful, lawful, and does not infringe another person’s rights. You grant Rivet and Vale a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display that content for operating and promoting the store, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rivet and Vale will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Rivet and Vale harmless from claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the site, violation of these terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

Severability and waiver

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and changing the “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
