Rivet & Vale currently ships to US delivery addresses. Our catalog is built around products fulfilled from inventory in the United States. “Fulfilled from the United States” describes the shipping location and does not necessarily identify where a product was manufactured.
Checkout rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the products in your cart, their fulfillment locations, your destination, and the available service. Products assigned to different fulfillment partners or shipping profiles can produce separate or combined charges. Review the final shipping options and total before placing your order; those checkout amounts control. Rivet & Vale does not currently offer a universal flat shipping rate or storewide free-shipping threshold.
Delivery timing
Handling and transit times vary by supplier, product, destination, and service. Use the estimate shown at checkout when available. Orders containing products from more than one fulfillment partner may arrive in separate packages and at different times.
Tracking and address changes
Tracking is sent after fulfillment. Check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If something is wrong, contact us immediately; an address change may not be possible once fulfillment begins.
Delays or missing packages
If tracking has not moved or a package appears missing, contact us with your order number. We will review the shipment and coordinate the next step with the fulfillment partner. Carrier delays and delivery estimates are outside our direct control, but we will help investigate.
